Besides paying for food and house expenses, paying for gas for our cars is one of the biggest we have each week. Depending upon what kind of car you have and how far you have to travel, you could be spending as much as $150-$200 a week just on gasoline. Cars, of course, are a better vehicle for carrying many passengers or in unclimate weather. But what about when you are just running errands in the city on short trips? Is there really any need to use the gas guzzler and add another bill to the growing stack? Now you are adding another tank of gas to something that is already draining you.
